Tow Truck Cost in 2026 (Belgium & France): The Real Prices
When your car refuses to start, or you are stuck on the side of the road, the first question is always: how much is this going to cost me? Here are the actual prices observed in 2026 for Belgium and France, by type of intervention.
1. On-site jump-start (dead battery)
The most common intervention. The tow operator comes with a booster or jump cables, restarts the engine, and leaves.

2. Towing (the car cannot move)

3. Impound (car parked illegally)

4. What your insurance or assistance covers
